**Celebrating the Life of Jack Killeen** Jack passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 14, 2024. Born on September 3, 1932, in Farmington, MI the son of John and Florence Killeen. Jack married the love of his life, Patricia Killeen on March 22, 1958. Together, they created a warm and loving home in Gobles, nurturing their four children—Shaun, Colleen, Garth, and Kevin—and fostering a family that would grow to cherish his spirit. Jack was known to many as “Grandpa Jack,” a title he wore proudly. He was an enthusiastic supporter at every sporting event, cheering on his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with unyielding pride. His heart swelled with joy as he shared stories of his 23 great-grandchildren, always ready to recount their accomplishments and adventures. A true family man, Jack cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, from weekend getaways up north to cozy breakfasts and lively card games with his great-grandchildren. His 92 years were filled with laughter, love, and memories that will live on in the hearts of those he touched. Jack was also a dedicated professional, starting a successful medical equipment company that he proudly passed on to his son, Shaun. His work ethic and passion for life inspired those around him, leaving a legacy of dedication and resilience. Jack is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia; his mother, Florence; brother, Dan Killeen; sister-in-law, Carol Killeen; sister, Jean; brothers-in-law, Rudy and Dan Sauer. Jack’s spirit remains vibrant in the lives of his surviving family: brother, Patrick (Wanda) Killeen; children, Shaun (Sarah), Colleen, Garth (Amy), Kevin (Angie) Killeen; grandchildren, Erica (Julien) Morris, Stacy Waters, Tonia Killeen, Jarid (Brianne) Killeen, Cory Killeen, Cody (Zoe) Newman, Erin (Nick) Bertuca, Lauren (Jordan) Baker, Caitlin (Casey) VanDuinen, Taylor (Jared) Krukowski, Kip Bliesner, and Kash Bliesner; and his treasured great-grandchildren. A memorial Mass will take place on Friday, October 25th, 11am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Paw Paw,. Fr. Alan P. Jorgensen, Celebrant. Let us remember Jack Killeen not with sorrow, but with gratitude for the beautiful life he lived and the love he shared.
