Joyce Riggins

November 18, 1942 - March 26, 2020

After a long battle with cancer, Joyce went to be with the Lord, March 26, 2020. Joyce was born November 18,1942, the daughter of Ocie Sr. and Gertrude Riggins in Vincent, AL. She was a faithful member of the Van Buren County Senior Service Committee. She enjoyed making jewelry for her family and friends. Fishing and taking pictures were also a couple of Joyce's passions. Joyce is survived by her step-sisters and brother, Barbara Randolph, Pervis McKelvey and Annie Lenoir of Chicago, Eric Doyle Riggins, of Racine, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ocie Jr. and Bobby. Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Friday, July 10, 2020 at Robinson Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Bloomingdale Chapel, D.L. Miller Funeral Home.
